Country moves toward the second phase of deconfinement without evaluating the first - and the Portuguese are getting more tired
The commitment to re-evaluate every 15 days has not been fulfilled in this first phase. A survey shows that the Portuguese admit that their mental health is getting worse and that 14% of workers were left without any income.
