The Portuguese National Health Service (SNS) and social policies take the lion’s share of the Recovery Plan
The Recovery and Resilience Plan that the Government intends to present in Brussels, will foresee €3.2 billion to address social vulnerabilities. It represents nearly a quarter of the €12.9 billion grants that Portugal will be receiving.
