European Court of Human Rights gives the “green light” to lawsuit filed by Portuguese youngsters against 33 countries

In September six young Portuguese activists filed a lawsuit against 33 nations for failing to adopt concrete measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Now the European Court of Human Rights has demanded these countries, including Portugal, to promptly respond to the case prepared by the Global Legal Action Network.
