“Crowds are irrational, irresponsible” – Italy, Netherlands and England shut down for Christmas and New Year’s Eve
The Netherlands announce a more severe confinement than the first. Italy (which now has more than 65 thousand dead), many regions in England and Germany tighten regulations. Sweden is also to have stronger recommendations.
