When will the Portuguese return to ‘normal life’? Maybe September, or even August

Curves tracing infections, illnesses and death caused by covid-19 will continue to rise, before starting to fall early in August. The order of the day should then be for a return to a life as normal as possible, according to experts, for whom many of the current restrictions no longer make sense.
