Diamonds seized by police worth just €290

Business dealings in the network involving Portuguese military and ex-military personnel, participating in UN missions in Central Africa, did not always go well. An interpreter denounced a deal to buy eight diamonds for €10,000, but the stones delivered by the major, who was the second whistleblower, are only fit for producing drills and sandpaper.
