Baker who lost savings in BES files complaint in the European Court of Human Rights against Portugal

He lost his life savings of €100,000, which he saved up by kneading bread. He complains about the delay in Portuguese justice and explains how the BES case is still pending at the Central Court of Criminal Instruction because “it is not possible to provide metal shelves in order to store the process.”
